EXCHANGE:

Exchange Policy for Rare Gems Jewellery:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to exchange an item, please note the following:

1. Eligibility for Exchange:

   • Exchanges are accepted within 02 days from the date of order delivery.
   • The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
     
   • Exchange valid only for wrong item delivered, broken item or wrong RING size.
     
     

2. Package Opening Video:

   • To process your exchange request, we require a video of you opening the package from the original delivery. This video must show the condition of the item and packaging at the time of opening.
   • The video should clearly show that the item is in its original, sealed packaging before it is opened.
     

3. Requesting an Exchange:

   • Please send your exchange request along with the opening video to care.raregemsstore@outlook.com
   • Once we receive your video and request, we’ll review and process your exchange.
